Footsteps of Yalova Ship Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (GİOSB)!
The visit realized by Université Catholique De Louvain to Yalova has a separate meaning for the future of Yalova. Establishment of Yalova Ship Specialized Organized Industrial Zone was disrupted for various reasons. This visit to this place, organized by its founder, Turkish Association of Ship Industrialists has vital importance in terms of making the city an attraction point and formation of a sustainable development in harmony of the technical capability and the work power in cooperation with university and industry. Association of Ship Industrialists has been playing a leading role since 2009 in helping Turkish industrialist establish new business fields and environments  and in developing Turkish Maritime by signing a mutual work convention with KAOPE (Korean Offshore) (Korea Association of Offshore Plant Enterprises) in 2012 in order to create common employment and to be in the development of Asia  besides  being a member of Sea Europe where the industrial groups such as VDMA, NORSK Industry and powerful Ship Industry companies such as Fincantieri are also members and which combines all maritime elements under its roof since 2009. Within this context, after Yalova GİOSB OIZ is completed, Yalova will become a center for development and growth more easily and faster.
