We are here to serve the children of these lands. Our goal will always be to raise a good generation, not to be crowned champions. Our future is our children… Our goal is to create good individuals, good citizens, good football players. We will educate our children to ensure that these lands see better days”, said Özkan.
“Sait Altınordu is one of the most beautiful human-beings raised by Izmir”, said Sema Pekdaş, Mayor of Konak Municipality. The residents of Izmir showed loyalty when selecting these names. I wish that our Altınordu team grows together with Izmir, and enriches us and Izmir.”

We need to overcome this process in unity and solidarity. We are facing the terror trouble on the one hand, and the immigration from Syria due to the civil war on the other... We can overcome these problems in unity and solidarity. I am calling you all for solidarity.”
